Returns
You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags and certificates included.
Please note: custom or personalised jewellery (such as engraved items or bespoke designs) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, style, or product, simply contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected by our team at Roses&Co .
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and promotional items.
Customised, engraved, or bespoke jewellery.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Return Process
Contact our support team at support (Info@rosesco.uk ) to initiate your return or exchange.
Carefully package the item with all original documents (including diamond certificates, if applicable).
Ship the item back using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Once inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
