1. Hand-Finished to Order
Your jewellery is meticulously prepared and inspected by our experts before being officially hallmarked by the London Assay Office. To ensure your piece meets our rigorous standards for quality and authenticity, please allow 5 working days for boutique preparation and hallmarking prior to dispatch.
2. Secure & Insured Delivery
To ensure your acquisition reaches you safely, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery—a premium, fully insured, and tracked service. Once your piece has completed its boutique preparation, it is dispatched for Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details the moment your parcel is in their secure hands
3. 30-Day Return
We offer a straightforward 30-day return and exchange policy for our clients. From the moment you sign for your delivery, you have a full month to ensure you are 100% satisfied. While we hope you fall in love instantly, you have the freedom to request a different piece or a full refund within this window.
4. Streamlined Returns Process
To ensure your return is handled with the utmost care and speed, please follow our three-step concierge process:
Request Your Authorization: Contact our concierge team at info@rosesco.uk. Include your order number and request a Returns Authorization Number (RAN). This allows us to track your return every step of the way.
Complimentary Shipping: Once authorized, we will provide your unique RAN and detailed instructions on how to package your piece. We are proud to offer free return shipping for all eligible returns.
Maintaining Quality: To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in pristine, unworn condition. The jewellery must be in its original state, with all designer packaging and security tags fully intact.
Note: For security and insurance purposes, please do not mail any items back until you have received your official Authorization Number and pre-paid shipping labels from our team.
